Scoil Iosa, Carracastle

Congratulations to the children from fifth and sixth class who received the sacrament of confirmation on 3rd May 2015. They were Laura Dooney, Nicole Horan, Emma Morley, Hannah Morrisroe, Sarah-Jane Richardson, Shane Doorly Coleman, Paddy Dozio, Kian Parsons, Ruairí Redmond, Oisín Regan, Kira Horkan, Jamie Duffy, Donny Durkan, Sam Naylor, Amy Mc Nicholas, Mark Duffy, Niamh Brennan, Ryan Murphy and Keith Collins.

A special thank you to Fr. Michael Quinn and Mr. Bracken and the parents who helped with the 'You Shall Be My Witness', programme for preparing us so well for the day.
Thanks also to Miss Hall, Mrs Egan and all the school staff and children for the lovely school choir.
Thank you to Teresa for the confirmation booklet and to Kate for the lovely flowers.
On April 17th the children went on a retreat to The Father Peyton Centre in Attymass which was lead by Fr. Steve and it was a very enjoyable experience.

A special thank you to Bishop Brendan Kelly for confirming us, and to the Parents Association for the refreshments back at the school.
