Our School Garden

We prepared this year for a new school garden. Martin made four raised beds for us. Thanks to Des Mc Nicholas for the topsoil. Junior and senior infants planted sunflowers, onions and carrots. Ms Hall's class planted onions and carrots and Mr Bracken's class planted potatoes, onions, carrots and lettuce. It is great to watch the vegetables grow and we will enjoy eating them later on in the year.
