As part of Wellbeing we are taking part in Yoga classes.

We received certs today for completing our Hands For Life training course. Thanks to Kilbeagh First Responders for training us.

We created art with a stained glass window effect. These will be on display in the Art Centre in Charlestown at the end of October.
