October The Month of the Missions

This October the sixth class children organised a raffle for Halloween. The proceeds from the raffle will go to the Missions in Nigeria. We had a Prayer Service with the theme 'The Colours of the Rainbow' during October. Then Sr. Maud Murphy came to visit our school and she spoke to us about her time working as a principal in a school in Nigeria. She had many great stories to tell from her time in Nigeria. We learned alot about the country. We collected €200 euro from our raffle which will go to help children in Nigeria.
